Joe has been the Town Manager in Fair Haven since February 2018. He is originally from Michigan, but has lived and worked in Maryland/DC, West Africa, Afghanistan, and most recently, as a Town Administrator in New Hampshire. Joe has a BA in International Relations from University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Northeastern University.
